Our principal focus is on establishing an individual and personalized ""financial blueprint"" to meet the specific needs of our clients as well as their families.'Melanie L. Shanty CRPC'is a financial planner with Lincoln Financial Advisors. She joined Lincoln in 1990 and became part of a practice that was started by her mother, Patricia H. Roberts, 25 years ago. Melanie began her career working with large school systems as well as small health and welfare non-profit organizations. During this time Melanie successfully completed the educational requirements to obtain the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER' certification through the College for Financial Planning and also obtained the designation of Certified Retirement Planning Counselor, CRPC from the College for Financial Planning. Over the years as her many clients transitioned through various career paths, their financial needs changed. In order to meet this challenge Melanie expanded her knowledge base to include additional service options such as full financial planning as well as modular planning on issues such as retirement income planning, long term care and estate planning. Melanie is a financial planner in Maryland and holds her Series 6, Series 7, and Series 63 FINRA securities licenses.
